Low maintanence - maintenance of all common areas is undertaken by a management company for a set fee usually related to the size of the condo. This is ideal for those who may not wish to tend a garden or clean a pool etc.
Great Views - many condos are high rise buildings which offer stunning views of the surrounding area. This often means fantastic beach and mountain vistas. N.B. Any newly built condos near the sea are now under height restrictions which makes the existing ones even more desirable.
